Our pizzas also offer you the chance to taste carefully selected high-quality products. But that is not all! Our research even extended to raw ingredients, namely wheat. Our pizza dough is prepared with Petra ® flour, result of a production process that takes into account the well-being of man and the environment.
The farms which are part of the Petra ® project cultivate wheat with agronomic methods in order to minimise the use of phytosanitary products and fertilisers. Finally the wheat grains are stone ground, preserving a high content of dietary fibre, minerals and above all flavour.
